We currently offer the Asix platform in version 2025. In the era of continuous updates of operating systems and cybersecurity threats, updating to versions that constantly adapt to the changing environment, regardless of the development of new functionalities, improvements and removal of faults, is most advisable and recommended. The advantage of our software is the fact that we guarantee full compatibility of the existing application with new versions of Asix - no modifications are necessary.

We therefore encourage you to upgrade your software (in the case of Integrators - please make the End Users of the Asix system with whom you cooperate aware of how important such a software update is), considering also the fact that this is the optimal time for such action.

The Asix system licensing policy provides the possibility of upgrading to version 4 backwards for 50% of the value of the licenses held. Therefore, for the current version 2025, the oldest version covered by the upgrade option is version 10. As of September 1, 2025, with the release of Asix in version 2026 (new versions appear annually on September 1), this option will cease to exist for version 10 and if you want to upgrade, you will need to purchase new software. We recommend considering this issue in advance and including the upgrade expenses in the budget for the coming year or implementing this task in the current year.

When upgrading your license, we recommend participating in the Software Assurance program, which is a service that allows you to install all software versions made available at that time for an annual fee of 15% of the value of your licenses.
