Asix 2025 is, above all, a breakthrough in the approach to data archiving. In this area, a new C Archive (the successor to the previous B Archive) has been implemented and the existing X Archive has been modernized.

The C Archive provides:

• Compression of repeating values
• Acceleration through the use of tables stored in memory and precompiled stored procedures
• Further reduction of the database size through the use of MS SQL compression
• Data precision of up to 100 ns
• Int64 numbers with full precision
• A set of stored procedures for possible use by SQL programmers

The X Archive modernization includes:

• Archive synchronization (Asix 2024)
• Possibility to use drivers sending data in non-sequential series
• Completing historical data from the device storing history

With the appearance of the new C Archive, Users will soon receive a new set of tools for analyzing the C Archive - AspadToolsC, which will enable:

• Preview of the archive in raw form, with the data arrangement in blocks
• Export and import from CSV files

In addition to the above fundamental changes, Asix Platform Users receive a number of improvements in the 2025 version that optimize work with Asix package components, including the AsTrend.Evo program (including: reading local attribute names from the REST server, Dark mode, program color theme editor, improved ribbon appearance and many others).

With the release of Asix 2025, the WWW variant of the classic AsTrend program (AsTrend ActiveX) will be withdrawn from use. Instead, it is recommended to use the AsTrend.Evo program, available since version 2022. The new Astrend.Evo program is primarily:

• Improved intuitive user interface
• Preserved almost all functions available in the previous classic version of AsTrend
• Chart, Report, Table, Legend
• Chart - division into sectors instead of separate panels
• Report - ability to add a chart to the report
• Works fully in the browser, which makes it exceptionally convenient and easy to use
• Fully integrated with Asix.Evo and Asix.Evo Web HTML 5

AsTrend.Evo is a multiplatform program - it is available both in the traditional Windows environment and as a web version running in a web browser (standalone or as a part of Asix Web). Users have the opportunity to use the program in a way that best suits their needs and preferences.

The process of continuous development of communication drivers (currently about 150 items on the list of communication drivers of the Asix package) is associated with the continuous implementation of fixes and adding new options parameterizing the Asix-controller connection, which translates into numerous updates of Asix drivers. Asix 2025 contains the full pool of these updates from the last year (since the release of version 2024).

Changes in the price list

A new product price list is in force with the release of version 2025, in which prices have increased from 3% to a maximum of 10%.
