The technical support which is provided by ASKOM is performed by experienced visualization and automation system designers and Asix system developers.

A new Asix ITSM technical support service has been launched for integrators, integrators with IPA status and end users of the Asix platform.

Requests should be sent to the following e-mail address: service@asix.com.pl.

Submission of a request for technical support should contain:

  • the number of REGISTERED ASIX license which the request relates to;
  • the number of ASIX software version which the request relates to;
  • the signature of electronic correspondence required by applicable regulations - i.e. at least the full, correct name of the entity / company (Notifier), its seat and full address at which the entity conducts business activities.

In order to maintain continuity of the conversation regarding the subject report, please use the "REPLY TO ALL" function and DO NOT CHANGE THE SUBJECT CONTENT when answering.

The Asix platform integrators - 37 companies with their own experience in implementing solutions based on the Asix system - are also available to the users.
