Support of the multilingual applications in asix system allows the application language to be changed at the operator's request. All texts entered by the designer in the stage of application development are translated. The group of used languages (based on a 256-character symbol set) is declared in the application parameters. In a typical case, the application is developed in the selected basic language. In the next phase, the system generates an array of operator texts entered into the application, which after being translated into a max. of 5 languages, is automatically installed in the system.
