Asix Package Integrator (IPA) Definition
IPA status is assigned to a company, with which ASKOM Sp. z o.o. will conduct an integration agreement, so-called the IPA Contract. The IPA Contract is valid for one year from the day of signing and each time needs to be prolonged for the subsequent year.
Rights of IPA
a. Purchase of ASIX software at preferential prices according to the valid IPA discounting system.
b. Right to conclude licensing agreements with the End User on behalf of ASKOM, confirmed by the powers of attorney.
c. Free consultations: by telephone, e-mail or personally in ASKOM offices.
d. Access to know-how of application creation on the basis of the ASIX package and knowledge about the directions of software developments.
e. Free access to promotional and informational materials passed on in electronic forms, and access to printed materials or materials distributed on CD discs at the cost of reproduction. Obligations of IPA
a. Observing the most profound care and professionalism during the development of application on the basis of the ASIX package.
b. Permanent increasing of the skills in the scope of the ASIX package operation. Criteria for IPA Gualification
a. When an entity applies for IPA contract for the first time:
At least one employee of the company applying for IPA status must graduate with a positive score from the paid four-day training course, in the ASKOM head-office, on general conditions presented in ASKOM price list.
Presentation of the list of applications executed on the ASIX package platform by the company which is applying for IPA status. ASKOM reserves the right to inspect selectively the level of executed applications.
b. When an entity applies for the prolongation of the IPA contract:
Once a year, participation in the free one-day training/informational meeting in the ASKOM head-office..
Presentation of the list of applications executed on the ASIX package platform by the company which is applying for IPA status prolongation. ASKOM reserves the right to inspect selectively the level of executed applications.
c. When a company, which has used the integrator’s discounting system before April 1st, 2002, applies for the IPA contract:
Presentation, not later than June 30th, 2002, the list of applications executed on ASIX package platform.
ASKOM reserves the right to inspect the level of selected executed applications.
