asix is an application package of HMI/SCADA/MES class enabling the realization of computer-based systems for the visualization, supervision and control of the industrial process functioning in the MS Windows NT/2000/XP operating environment. The package , successively developed and formed in close collaboration with practitioners, became a highly advanced tool matching the global leaders of this software segment.

  • The special asset of asix software is the rich functionality proven in different situations , including those requiring high reliability or in connection with system validation for critical applications e.g. in the pharmaceutical or food processing industry.
  • Another advantage of the asix bundle is the emphasis put on intuitive use and easy operation for people without programming skills, which is displayed in the application of interactive tools guiding the user through the entire application designing process (modules: Architect, AsBase, AsAudit); in providing the user with tools for adapting the layout (among others, modules: AsTrend, Table) and offering a set of ready-made products – such as Process Information Web Portal, allowing automatic data presentation in the Web.

In an excellent manner, asix meets both the requirements of simple applications for single computer stations, and complex, multi-terminal systems supporting the entire manufacturing enterprise within one integrated environment. References include examples of system implementations executed by ASKOM and its 30 authorized IPA partners.

asix is prepared to create interfaces with controllers of practically all global manufacturers – without any additional costs. Siemens, GE Fanuc, Beckhoff, LG, ABB, Schneider Electric, Omron, Festo, Saia, Mitsubishi, Advantech, Emerson, Wago, Phoenix – these are only some of them. It also offers the open communication protocols Profibus, Canbus, Modbus RTU, MODBUS TCP and OPC and DDE standard interfaces.

As proof of professionalism and innovation, asix won two Gold Medals at AUTOMATICON International Fair (in 1998 and 2006) and AWARD of SOFTARG’95 International Fair in Katowice.
